Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Poultry Branch Manager for Integration to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the operations of our poultry branch. They will ensure smooth integration of new processes, systems, and personnel. You will work closely with various departments to optimize production, improve efficiency, and implement best practices in the poultry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the poultry branch, ensuring all processes run smoothly and effectively.
• Integration Management: Lead the integration of new systems, processes, and personnel to enhance overall branch performance.
• Team Leadership: Manage and train staff to guarantee high productivity and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational data and KPIs to monitor the performance of the poultry branch, implementing necessary improvements.
• Production Oversight: Guarantee proper management of poultry production, including breeding, hatching, feeding, and processing.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain department. Ensure the availability of raw materials. Oversee the timely delivery of finished products.
• Compliance: Make sure the branch operates in compliance with local regulations. Also adhere to state regulations. Federal regulations related to poultry farming, food safety, and animal welfare must be followed.
• Budget Management: Manage the branch budget, including cost control and resource allocation, to meet financial targets.
• Health and Safety: Guarantee a safe working environment for all employees. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and send regular reports on branch operations, financial performance, and integration status to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Poultry Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Least 3 to 5 years of experience in poultry management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience with branch integration and large-scale poultry operations is preferred.

Working Conditions:
