Poultry Line Supervisor for Integration

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Poultry Line Supervisor for Integration to join our team at our facilities in Haridwar, Roorkee, and Nazimabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the poultry production line and ensuring the smooth integration of new systems and processes within the production area. You will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading the integration of new technologies and techniques to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Line Supervision: Oversee the poultry production line to guarantee it operates efficiently, meeting company targets and production goals.
• Integration of New Processes: Work closely with management. Integrate new systems, machinery, and processes into the production line. Maintain optimal workflow.
• Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of production workers. Ensure they follow proper procedures. They must adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect poultry products. Ensure they meet health and safety regulations. They must also meet company standards for quality.
• Training & Development: Provide training to new and existing employees on production processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production and performance data, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.
• Maintenance Coordination: Ensure regular maintenance of machinery and equipment to avoid production delays.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Troubleshooting: Address any issues on the production line and resolve them promptly to minimize disruptions to the workflow.
• Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science, Agriculture, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in poultry production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in the integration of production processes is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of poultry production techniques and systems.
  • Good understanding of quality control standards and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production line issues.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with farm management software and production line machinery is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site position.
• The position is based at one of the following locations: Haridwar, Roorkee, or Nazimabad.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
• Exposure to live animals and farm environments.
