Accountant (Fresh & Experienced)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated Accountants (both fresh graduates and experienced professionals) to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing financial transactions. They will also prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records. Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and classified.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner. Monitor overdue accounts and assist with collections.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and other accounting duties to ensure accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Tax Compliance: Support in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Audit Assistance: Provide assistance during internal and external audits by gathering necessary documentation and reports.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring actual performance against budget.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Ensure all entries are correctly posted to the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Cost Analysis: Assist with cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings within the organization.

Qualifications:

Fresh Accountant:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Experience: Fresh graduates with a keen interest in accounting and finance.

Experienced Accountant:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications (such as CA, ACCA, or CPA) will be a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience. Prior experience in financial reporting, taxation, and audit preparation is preferred.
• Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting, tax filings, and audits.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
